구직활동 비자 Job Seeker Visa (D-10)

☐ 발급 대상 Eligible applicants

 학사 학위(국내 전문학사 포함) 이상의 학위를 소지한 외국인으로 외국인의 체류자격 중 교수(E-1)ㆍ회화
 지도(E-2)ㆍ연구(E-3)ㆍ기술지도(E-4)ㆍ전문직업(E-5)ㆍ예술흥행(E-6)*․특정활동(E-7) 자격 자격에
 해당하는 분야에 구직을 하려는 사람 (취업희망 직종은 전공과 일치해야 함)
 A person who plans to engage in a training or find a job in a field qualified for a visa of
 Professor(E-1), Foreign Language Instructor(E-2), Research(E-3), Technical
 Instructor/Technician(E-4), Professional(E-5), Artist/Athlete(E-6), and Foreign National of Special
 Ability(E-7) (The type of Job should be matched with the major)
 
☐ 필요 조건 (Requirements)

 구직자격 점수표(첨부파일확인) 에 따라 총 190점 중 기본항목이 20점 이상이면서 총 득점이 60점
 이상인 사람
 A person with a total score of 60 or more with a basic item of 20 or more out of a total of
 190 points according to the job search qualification score table(see attached file).

☐ 제한대상  Not Eligible applicants

 1. 점수제 구직(D-10-1) 자격은 추가로 국내 체류 중 불법취업, 자격외 활동 위반, 시간제취업 위반 등
     취업과 관련 최근 5년 이내 출입국관리법 위반 이력이 있는 경우 신청 대상에서 제외
     If there is a history of violating the Immigration Control Act within the last 5 years related to
     employment, such as illegal employment, violation of activities outside the scope of qualification,
     or violation of part-time employment while staying in Korea, application is not eligible.
  
 2. 최근 1년 이내 구직(D-10) 자격으로 6개월 이상 체류한 적이 있는 경우
      If you have stayed for more than 6 months with a job search (D-10) status within the last 1 year.

 4. 외국인등록증 Alien Regiatration Card
 5. 구직활동 계획서 Job seeking plan (첨부파일 확인 Please checck attached file)
 6. 수수료 Fee KRW 130,000
 7. 졸업증 Graduate Certificate
 8. 점수표 선택항목 해당 증빙자료 Certificate for scored optional items on the score table.
 9. 은행잔고 증명서 Bank Statement (6 Month KRW 4,500,000)
 10. 체류지 입증서류 Proof of Residence.
