On November 18, the 3rd Korea-Uzbekistan Forum was held in Tashkent. This forum was organized by CIS and Institute for Strategic Studies governed by the Uzbekistani Presidency and sponsored by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Korea and Uzbekistan.  
  With the theme of 'Eurasian Initiative' of the Park  Keun-hye administration, the 3rd forum sought the newly paradigmed cooperation between the two states in economy and international relations. Especially, the foundation of Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) made the forum deliberate on two states' educational cooperation.
