국제관계연구소는 지난 3월 18일 정석학술정보관 6층 대회의실에서 일본 과학원 부이사장 요시아키 고바야시(小林良彰, 게이오 대학교)교수를 초청하여 월례콜로키움을 개최하였습니다. 해외석학 초청강연의 일환으로 진행된 이번 콜로키움에서 김의곤 소장이 사회자로 배석했으며, 요시아키 교수는 "Is Democracy Working?: The Quality of Democracy and Electoral System"라는 주제발표를 통해 일본 선거시스템의 문제점을 분석하고 개선모델을 제시하였습니다.

On March 18, the 31st Monthly Colloquium was held by the CIS. Professor Yoshiaki Kobayashi (Keio University) presented his research, entitled “Is Democracy Working?: The Quality of Democracy and Electoral System.” Prof. Euikon Kim (Inha University) led the roundtable discussion after his presentation.
