Guidelines for Group Application

1. Visit our website to fill out the application form          
    http://kisfvisa.org

*Application Period : March 2nd ~ 30th 
*Provide multilingual services (English, Chinese, Mongolian, Vietnamese, Japanese)
*Also available on smartphones, tablet PCs
*Overview of process available after submitting application form
*You should upload your proof of residence for pre-checking. Please take a picture of your housing proof document and upload it. If you are living in Inha dormitory, please upload any picture to go next step.



2. Complete your application form and print it
*After submitting your application form online, print out the application form and the power of attorney (2 pages in total)

 

3. Submit documents at I.S.L. (Student building #505)

*Registration Date : March 31st   ~ April 1st  10:00~ 16:00
*Bring the printed documents with other required documents and your registration fee

 (Please see attched file - Required documents for Foreigner registration for foreign students)

4. Fingerprint Registration at Incheon Immigration
*Visit the Immigration Office within the specified period to register fingerprints (bring your passport)
*Register at : Incheon Immigration Office
*Registration Date : To be notified by email



5. Alien Registration Card distribution
*Place of Distribution : I.S.L.(Student building #505)
*Distribution Date : To be notified by email

‣ Precautions
★ Alien Registration Card takes about 4 weeks to issue
★ Do not leave Korea before receiving your Alien Registration Card. Departing Korea will result in cancellation of all process.
