Announcement of the Graduation Receiving Ceremony for August 2019: Here"s how to guide you through the August 2019 Degree Grants and planners to graduate:

1. Temporary and Places: 2019 8. 23 (gold) 2 p.m., Main Hall Grand Auditorium (one hall)

2. Master"s Degree Winner"s gown: Rent to the Graduate School

A. Rental period : Aug. 22 (Table) 10:00 to Aug. 23 (Friday) 16:00

B. The gown for my master"s degree must be returned to the Graduate Administration Office by 16:00 on the day of the commencement ceremony.
(On return, we"ll exchange it for a diploma.)

c. If you don"t receive your diploma on the day of the commencement ceremony, you will be able to receive it after the graduation ceremony.

Please take it from the Graduate School Administration Office (headquarters 317). (Bringing ID card)

3. Ph.D. awarder"s gown: Individual purchase or loan of raw mail

※ The postgraduate administration office does not lend the gown with a doctorate.

A. The Graduate School Wonwoo Association supports the rental of doctoral gowns at a differential price according to the number of student membership fees paid. If you wish to apply, please refer to a separate notice, "Proposal for the rental of Ph.D. gowns for August 2019 (Wonwoo Association."

4. Other Cautions

A. All Ph.D. recipients, master"s representatives and graduates who wish to attend the graduation ceremony will be admitted to the main hall by 1:30 p.m.
(However, all Ph.D. recipients and Master"s representatives must be seated in the designated seats after entering the main hall. If they are not seated in the designated seats by 1:40 p.m., they cannot take the podium.)

B. The Ph.D. recipient"s degree certificate will be presented individually at the table of ceremonies.

c. Required preparation of Ph.D. Women: By 4 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2019 (number), whether or not to attend the commencement ceremony (link below)

※ If you fail to respond to the above survey, you will be classified as absentee. Please observe the deadline.

5. Borrowers with Ph.D.

Go. Due to frequent inquiries for renting a doctorate uniform, we will inform you of the name of the company that sent the promotional brochure to the graduate school as follows. The company is independent of the graduate school of this school and will be guided in the order of Ghana to provide basic information.

6. Parking: Free parking is applied to vehicles entering this school on the day of the commencement ceremony from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

However, the full parking fee will be charged upon departure after 6 p.m.
