Before submitting application, it’s strongly recommended to contact a certain professor in the department(major) which you want to apply for. (Especially for Engineering, Natural Science, and Medicine) When you click the name of each department in the webpage of “Program”, you’ll get MS word file with contact information of faculties. Please send your resume and study plan to the professor who you want to contact by e-mail. After getting a reply, start to prepare application documents.

If you fail to contact a certain professor before application, you don’t need to worry about it. Anyone can directly apply for admission without contacting a professor. After accepting your application, your documents will be reviewed by professors of respective department for evaluation.
