Anyone can directly apply for admission to the graduate school without contacting a professor. After accepting your application, your documents will be reviewed by professors of respective department for evaluation.

If you want to apply for Engineering or Natural Science or Medicine field, before your application it’s strongly recommended to contact a certain professor in the department(major) which you want to apply for in order to check the specific research area and research project participation. When you click the name of each department in the webpage of “Program”, you’ll get MS word file with contact information of faculties. Please send your resume and study plan to the professor who you want to contact by e-mail. After getting a reply, start to prepare application documents.
