No, not all applicants will get full scholarship because the number of seats is limited. According to admission evaluation, the graduate school will select excellent students who will get full scholarship, so submission of high score of GPA and language proficiency score will be good for applicants. If there are so many applicants who fulfill the minimum criteria for Jungseok International Scholarship, some of them will fail to get full or half scholarship.
