Dormitory Application for 2019 Winter Vacation
1. Eligibility
2019-2nd semester dormitory students, non-dormitory students
(including enrolled students, students who take a semester off)
2. Residential Period during Winter Vacation
① Short-term: Dec 23(Mon), 2019 ~ Jan 17(Fri), 2020
② Long-term: Dec 23(Mon), 2019 ~ Feb 23(Sun), 2020
※ Students should select one of the above. (The period cannot be changed arbitrarily.)
3. Selection Process
: Students who currently live in the dormitory have priority. New comers will be selected next
in order of application. (In case of 2 person room (public/private bathroom) current residents
who apply for long-term have priority.)

[Attention]
A. Students who have bad sleeping habits such as snoring, teeth grinding, etc cannot enter the dormitory.
B. It is mandatory to submit Tuberculosis test result issued after Dec 1, 2019.
C. Register the correct address, postal code and account number at INHA portal system before applying for the dormitory.
D. Application for roommates is scheduled from Dec 4 to Dec 13 at the dormitory
website.

※ Dormitory fees have been including one meal per day from Mon to Fri.

- Meal card will be distributed. (short-term : 17 meals / long-term : 40 meals)
- Students can buy meal tickets on the entrance day, weekends and holidays.
※ Equipment deposit
- Residents for 2019-2nd semester can hold the deposit, they already paid, for winter vacation.
- Equipment deposit (₩30,000) is included in the dormitory fees only for the non-dormitory students.
- If there is no equipment damage, deposit money will be refunded within 3 weeks after checking out.
