Final Notice for exchange students before arriving
* Please bring and wear a mask to prevent Novel Coronavirus Infection. (It's getting expensive to buy a mask in Korea).
* Please Keep up personal hygiene (Washing hands, Using hand sanitizer, etc.).
* The students who flew from China or travelled in China should take self-quarantine at least 14 days. In Other words, those students should stay alone in a separate place or dormitory for 14 days.
- Chinese & HongKong students who live at dormitory : all material regarding guide book & other information will be in your room when checking in dormitory. Please do not visit any places including information desk during the self-quarantine periods.
- Chines & Hong Kong students leave in off-campus : We will send you all information via e-mail. Please do not visit any places including information desk during the self-quarantine periods.
* Chinese & Hong Kong students can NOT check in dormitory From Mar. 2nd. Please notify us when checking in dormitory From Mar. 2.
* All students except Chinese & Hong Kong students should visit inforamtion desk between Feb. 27(Thu) and Feb. 28(Fri). Instead of orientation, you can pick up your guide book&student ID and get some explanation about course registration and alien registration card.
◎ Airport Pick Up Service
- Time : Feb. 24(Mon) 12:00, 18:00 / Feb. 25(Tue) 12:00, 18:00 / Feb. 26(Wed) 18:00
- Meeting Point : Terminal 1 Arrival Area(1st floor) Gate 12
※ We will be waiting for you with the sign "Inha University" ※ Please stay inside(Don't go outside)
※ The students who didn't apply for survey can use airport pick up service.
◎ Dormitory Check in
- Time : Feb. 24(Mon) ~ Feb. 26(Wed)
※ The student who didn't upload TB test should bring the copy of TB test. Without it, you can't check in.
※ Our staff will be staying at 1st floor from 11:00 to 20:00. The students who have any questions can ask for any help.
- For Chinese & Hong Kong students : dormitory 3
- For Non Chinese & Hong Kong students : Dormitory 2
◎ Off campus introduced by Inha check in
