Guidelines for Group Application

1.통합신청서 작성을 위한 온라인 사이트 방문

*신청서 작성 기간 : 9월 1일 ~ 9월 18일  

  Application Period : September 1st ~ 28th

*다국어 지원 (영어, 중국어, 몽골어, 베트남어, 일본어)

 Provide multilingual services (English, Chinese, Mongolian, Vietnamese, Japanese.

*스마트폰, 태블릿 PC로 작성 가능

 Also available on smartphones, tablet PCs

*접수 후 진행상황 조회 가능

 Overview of process available after submitting application form

*사전검토를 위해 반드시 체류지 입증서류를 업로드해야 합니다. 핸드폰으로 계약서 등의 서류의 사진을 찍은 뒤 업로드해 주세요. 기숙사의 경우 아무 사진이나 업로드 하셔도 됩니다.

 You should upload your proof of residence for pre-checking. Please take a picture of your housing proof document and upload it. If you are living in Inha dormitory, please upload any picture to go next step.



2. 내용 입력 후 인쇄

  . Complete your application form and print it

*작성한 신청서를 온라인 제출 후 통합신청서와 위임장 인쇄 (총 2매)

 After submitting your application form online, print out the application form and the power of attorney (2 pages in total)

3. 서류 제출 – 학생회관 504호 I.S.L.

 Submit documents at I.S.L. (Student building #504)

*지정된 접수일 : 9월 28일 09:30 ~ 17:00 (점심시간 12:00 ~ 13:00)

  Registration Date : September 28th 09:30 ~ 17:00 ( Lunch 12:00 ~ 13:00)

!!! 주의 Important !!!

입국 후 14일이 지나지 않아 자가격리 중인 학생은 단체접수가 불가능합니다.

절대 학교에 방문하지 말아주세요. 자가격리 수칙 위반 시 형사처벌 (천만원 이하의 벌금 또는 1년 이하의 징역), 체류허가 취소, 강제추방 등의 처벌을 받게 될 수 있습니다.

Violations of COVID19 regulations can result receiving criminal penalties as fines of up 1,000,000 KRW, imprisonment for up to 1 year, cancellation of visa, deportation.

*인쇄물(통합신청서, 위임장), 필요서류, 수수료 지참

 Bring the printed documents with other required documents and your registration fee

4. 지문 등록 - 인천출입국사무소

 Fingerprint Registration at Incheon Immigration

*지정된 날짜에 출입국을 방문해 지문 등록(여권 지참)

 Visit the Immigration Office within the specified period to register fingerprints (bring your passport)

*지정 출입국 : 인천출입국·외국인청

 Register at : Incheon Immigration Office

*지문 등록일 : 추후 이메일을 통해 안내 예정

 Registration Date : To be notified by email



5. 등록증 수령

  Alien Registration Card distribution

*등록증 수령장소 : 학생회관 504호 I.S.L.

 Place of Distribution : I.S.L.(Student building #504)

 주의사항 Precautions 

  ★등록증 발급까지 약 6~7가 소요됩니다.

    Alien Registration Card takes about 6~7 weeks to issue.

  ★등록증을 받기 전에 출국하지 마십시오(출국 즉시 등록증 발급취소)

   Do not leave Korea before receiving your Alien Registration Card. Departing Korea will result in cancellation of all process.
