Guideline for Mid Term Exam of 2020 Fall semester

In order to maintain social distancing level 2 and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we announce the guideline for mid term exam of 2020 fall semester as following.

□ Guideline for examination

○ The exam method reflects fairness and is determined by mutual discussion between faculty and students.

○ Filling out ‘Honor Code’ is required before the exam.

□ Online Examination

○ It is completed by 8th weeks(before Oct, 25th)

- It is implemented to prevent confusion due to overlap with 9/10th weeks offline exam.

- The measures for online exam supervision will be notified through email.

□ Offline Examination

○ It is conducted in 9, 10th weeks(Mon~Fri).

Alternative assessment will be offered for students who are not available to take offline exam due to infection concerns.(Example : Online oral exam using Zoom, assignment, etc.)

If the guidelines below is followed, exams implemented by department can be conducted at any time, including weekends.

<Guideline for offline examination>

∙ Under 50 people in the classroom

∙ Keep the number of seats at least twice the number of people in the classroom or keep a distance of at least 1 meter

∙ Comply with the disinfection guidelines such as wearing a mask, disinfecting the seats, ventilation, etc during the class
