'재외동포와 다문화 사회통합' 워크숍 개최


인하대학교 국제관계연구소는 2023년 8월 16일(수) 정석학술정보관 대회의실에서 워크숍을 개최하였다. 워크숍에는 이진영 국제관계연구소장을 비롯하여 까리따스 이주민문화센터 김은덕 센터장 및 이주민교육프로그램 담당자 등 총 19명이 참석하였다. 


이날 워크숍에서는 국제관계연구소 이진영 소장이 '재외동포와 다문화 사회통합'이라는 주제로 발표하였으며, 이어진 토론에서는 워크샵 관계자 전원이 참여하여 현장 경험을 상호 공유하고 국내 다문화 정책 현황을 진단하는 시간을 가졌다.

    이주및재외동포센터의 로고는 국내외 이주민과 재외동포를 포용하는 의미로 

    전 세계에 흩어져있는 한인디아스포라의 역동성을 드러낼 수 있도록 

    생명과 평화의 상징인 초록색으로 표현하였다.

Migration and Overseas Korean Center 이주 및 재외동포센터

Inha Center for International Studies established Migrants and Overseas Korean Center in 2007 to specialize in areas, such as immigration, overseas Koreans, public diplomacy, and development cooperation. This center has conducted many research and projects related to overseas Koreans in South Korea and foreign countries, foreigners residing in South Korea, and public diplomacy with Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) and Korea Foundation (KF), affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

국제관계연구소는 2007년 연구소 내 ‘이주 및 재외동포센터’를 설립하여, 이민, 재외동포, 공공외교, 개발협력 등의 분야를 특화 하였습니다. 외교부 산하기관 재외동포재단(OKF), 국제교류재단(KF)과 다수의 국내외 동포, 국내거주 외국인과 공고외교 관련 연구와 사업 추진하고 있습니다.
